Set up a monthly or yearly calendar and print it on A4 or US Letter.

In the print dialog, turn off “Headers and footers” and keep scale at 100%.

How to use this tool

Choose the layout. A single month with room for notes, or the full year.

Set month, week start, paper and orientation. The preview matches the page that will print.

Press Print. Only the calendar is printed; menus and buttons are hidden. You can also save it as a PDF from the print dialog.

Example

A landscape A4 month gives each date a large box for notes. A portrait US Letter year puts the twelve months in three columns.

How it is calculated

The paper size and orientation are passed to your browser as a print page rule. Chrome and Edge apply it automatically; if your browser does not, pick the same paper size in the print dialog.

Unlike the Monthly Calendar, today is not highlighted, so the printout stays neutral. Days from neighbouring months appear in light grey in the monthly layout; the year layout leaves them blank.

Questions

Can I print without margins?

Printers cannot print to the very edge. Ticklora leaves a small margin so nothing is cut off.
